Account Help
To create an account:
- Click "Account" in the top menu
- Select "Register"
- Fill in your personal information (name, email, password)
- Agree to our terms and conditions
- Click "Create Account"
- Check your email for a verification link
To reset your password:
- Go to the Login page
- Click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
To update your profile:
- Log into your account
- Click "Account" in the top menu
- Select "Profile"
- Update your information
- Click "Save Changes"
To change your password:
- Log into your account
- Go to "Account" > "Change Password"
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password (twice for confirmation)
- Click "Change Password"
You can save multiple shipping addresses:
- Log into your account
- Go to "Account" > "Shipping Addresses"
- Click "Add New Address"
- Fill in the address details
- Click "Save"
You can also edit or delete existing addresses from this page.
To view your past orders:
- Log into your account
- Click "Account" in the top menu
- Select "My Orders"
Here you can view all your orders, their status, and tracking information.
View OrdersIf you wish to delete your account, please contact our customer support team. We'll need to verify your identity and ensure any pending orders are completed or cancelled.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, order history, and wishlist will be permanently deleted.
