Getting Started with Ihsan Shop

Step 1: Create an Account

Creating an account gives you access to exclusive features:

• Track your orders in real-time
• Save items to your wishlist
• Store multiple shipping addresses
• View your order history
• Faster checkout process

How to create an account:

1. Click on "Account" in the top menu
2. Select "Register"
3. Fill in your details (name, email, password)
4. Click "Create Account"
5. Verify your email address

Step 2: Browse Products

There are several ways to find products:

• Search Bar: Type what you're looking for in the search bar at the top
• Categories: Browse by category using the menu below the header
• Home Page: Check out featured products and special offers

Step 3: Add Items to Cart

When you find something you like:

1. Click on the product to view details
2. Select your size/color/quantity
3. Click "Add to Cart"
4. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout

Step 4: Checkout

Ready to complete your purchase?

1. Click the Cart icon in the top menu
2. Review your items
3. Click "Proceed to Checkout"
4. Enter or confirm your shipping address
5. Select your shipping method
6. Choose your payment method
7. Review and place your order

Step 5: Track Your Order

After placing your order:

• You'll receive an order confirmation email
• Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number
• Track your order in the "Orders" section of your account
• Or use the tracking number on our Track Order page
